Welcome to Grace Factor Apparel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gracefactor.com , including our website, products, features, and related services collectively referred to as the "Services."

By accessing or using the Services or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site, create an account, or purchase our products.

By accessing or using the Grace Factor Apparel website, purchasing our products, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced within them.

1.2 Changes to These Terms

Grace Factor Apparel reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Online Store Platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell products and services to you.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to use the Site or make purchases. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Account Information

When creating an account or submitting information through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales, or cancel products or collections at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Product Descriptions and Images

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing, and other details as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colors and details may vary depending on your device, screen settings, production method, or garment variation.

Because apparel may be produced in different sizes, batches, or styles, minor variations in color, placement, texture, or print appearance are not considered defects.

3.3 Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information or size chart provided before ordering. Fit may vary depending on the garment style, manufacturer, material, and personal preference.

3.4 Made-to-Order and Preorder Products

Some Grace Factor Apparel products are made, printed, embroidered, or otherwise produced after an order is placed. Other products may be offered through a limited preorder period.

By purchasing a made-to-order or preorder product, you acknowledge that production begins after your order is received or after the applicable ordering period closes. Processing and fulfillment times may therefore differ from products that are already in stock.

Estimated production, shipping, pickup, or distribution details will be provided on the applicable product or event page when available. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by production delays, carrier delays, supply availability, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, address problems, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cancelled portion of the order.

4.2 Pricing

Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or listing error.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, or other charges may be added during checkout.

4.3 Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Grace Factor Apparel and its payment processors to charge the total amount of your order.

4.4 Billing and Order Information

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided during checkout.

4.5 Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a request can be completed after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, limited-release, event, and preorder products may not be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

5. Shipping, Pickup, Returns, and Exchanges

5.1 Shipping

We ship products to eligible locations as indicated on the Site. Shipping rates, estimated processing times, and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout or described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Grace Factor Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5.2 Event Pickup and Group Orders

Certain products may be produced for a private event, organization, family reunion, ministry, group, or other coordinated order and distributed through an organizer or designated pickup location.

When an order is designated for event or group pickup, customers are responsible for following the pickup instructions provided on the applicable ordering page. Entering a shipping or billing address during checkout does not change an order designated for organizer or event distribution into a shipped order.

5.3 Returns and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and reporting deadlines are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review the Shipping & Returns Policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing made-to-order, preorder, personalized, limited-release, or event products.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content made available through the Site, including text, product names, graphics, artwork, photographs, videos, logos, brand elements, page layouts, designs, slogans, and software, is owned by or licensed to Grace Factor Apparel and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Grace Factor Apparel designs, artwork, logos, graphics, product images, slogans, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, altered, traced, distributed, manufactured, sold, licensed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

6.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content that we determine is unlawful, offensive, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Grace Factor Apparel does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times, or that all information displayed on the Site will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Factor Apparel and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and any additional policies or terms posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grace Factor Apparel regarding your use of the Services.
