Ordering
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most Grace Factor apparel is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Standard delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days after your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@gracefactor.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production or fulfillment has begun.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is available only when specifically offered during checkout or for designated private and group orders.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5.99 for one item and $7.99 for two or more items. U.S. orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
When will my order ship?
Because most items are made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Preorders and private-event orders may follow a separate timeline listed on the product or ordering page.
Do you ship internationally?
Grace Factor Apparel currently ships within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Custom, personalized, preorder, private-event, and made-to-order items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly at contact@gracefactor.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
Apparel Care
How should I wash my apparel?
For the best results:
Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach, dry cleaning, and ironing directly on the design.
Will my apparel shrink?
Some natural shrinkage may occur depending on the fabric. Washing in cold water and drying on low heat or hanging to dry will help preserve the fit.
How do your shirts fit?
Most Grace Factor apparel has a modern unisex fit. Review the size chart on the product page before ordering. For a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
