Refund policy

Simple Return Policy | Start return within 30 days, with:

1. Proof of purchase  
2. The item is in the same condition as received  
3. The item is unworn/unused, free from odor or fragrance

That’s it! Just email us at contact@gracefactor.com, and we'll provide the return instructions.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@gracefactor.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement free of charge.

Refunds  
Once we receive and review your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t seen it after 15 business days, please reach out to us.
